Keep your KanCare/Medicaid Coverage!

Posted June 2, 2026 by Adam in

Are you enrolled in Kansas Medicaid/KanCare?

Avoid coverage problems by making sure that KanCare has your current contact information.  You will lose KanCare coverage if you don’t complete the required annual renewal process.

Three ways to make sure KanCare has your current address and phone number:

  • 1. Go to KanCare.ks.gov and click the red chat box. KEIRA, KanCare’s online assistant will help you make updates.
  • 2. Visit ApplyForKanCare.ks.gov and log in to update your information.
  • 3. Call 1-800-792-4884 to update your information.

Always open and read mail you receive from KanCare and your Manage Care Organization (United Health Care, Sunflower or Healthy Blue).  Many times, health care information is confusing, technical, and difficult to understand.  RCIL is available to assist.  Call us at 785-528-3105.
