Build-A-Ramp-Program (BARP)

RCIL is committed to overcoming barriers to independent living created by inaccessibility to one’s own home.  RCIL utilizes donated materials and volunteer workers when available, and repairs existing ramps or constructs new ramps that meet the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Standards for Accessible Design.  BARP is available in Butler, Lyon, and Osage Counties. Contact RCIL for assistance exploring other funding resources if ramp assistance is needed in the following Kansas counties: Allen, Anderson, Bourbon, Chase, Coffey, Cowley, Elk, Greenwood, Linn, Marion, Miami, and Morris.
