Transitional Living Services
RCIL provides Transitional Living Services for individuals receiving HCBS Brain Injury (BI) Waiver Services. Transitional Living Services include assistance for individuals to develop or relearn skills such as household management, problem-solving, communication, disability awareness, transportation and mobility in order to optimize independence and community living. RCIL provides Transitional Living Services in designated counties in the Eastern part of Kansas.
