Independent Living Specialist/Case Manager – Topeka – Empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their aspirations through goal development, peer group facilitation, providing information, making referrals, etc. Plus perform community outreach and collaborate with like organizations.  The Independent Living Specialist is responsible for advocating and delivering the Core Services of independent living including independent living skills training, peer counseling, information and referral services, individual and systems advocacy, and youth transition/deinstitutionalization.  RCIL offers private offices, excellent health, dental and vision insurance, 401 K retirement plan with a 5% company match, company-funded life insurance, generous Paid Time Off, and more.  Qualified individuals with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
