Kansas Weatherization Assistance Program

Eligible individuals include home owners and renters that meet household income levels. If anyone in the household receives one or more of the following sources of income they will be automatically qualified for the program.

Supplemental Security Income (SSI)
Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
Utility assistance from the Low-Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP)

RCIL Friends Group

Peer Counseling is a Core Service that RCIL offers to people with disabilities. RCIL helps them connect with other people who have, or have experienced, a disability by hosting an online RCIL Friends group once a month.
