Changes Coming to AuthentiCare/EVV

On the evening of Wednesday, May 22nd the instructions for using the Kansas AuthentiCare/EVV are changing! If you are a consumer receiving Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) or a Direct Support Working providing a consumer assistance please be aware of these important updates. The changes will go into effect at 8 pm Wednesday, May 22nd. You can find the complete list of new instructions on our FMS/Payroll Services page under “AuthentiCare/EVV Instructions.”

Check back regularly as these instructions are changed by the State from time to time. If you need additional assistance or have other questions regarding AuthentiCare/EVV or other payroll services please call our Osage City office 785.528.3105 or email payrollhelpdesk@rcilinc.org.
