New Location and Hours

RCIL’s Topeka office moved locations and opened its new doors today!  They also changed their hours to 8:00am – 4:00pm Monday through Friday closed 12:00pm-1:00pm for lunch.  Come by and visit their new location at 1507 SW 21st Street Suite 203 Topeka, KS 66604!

Mandy has worked at RCIL since June of 2009. She is a Certified Orientation and Mobility Specialist and provides services in 32 counties to individuals who are blind or have low vision and are 55 years and older.

Offices Closed for Christmas

Kansas Health Foundation Grant Received

The Resource Center for Independent Living, Inc. (RCIL) is pleased to announce that it has received an $826 grant from the Kansas Health Foundation-El Dorado Fund through the El Dorado Community Foundation affiliate of Central Kansas Community Foundation.
