Core Services - As an Independent Living Center, RCIL provides 5 Core Services: Advocacy, Information & Referral, Peer Support, De-Institutionalization, and Independent Living Skills Training.

IL Counseling / Case Management - RCIL provides Independent Living Counseling (ILC) and Targeted Case Management for the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Physically Disabled (PD) and Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Waivers.

Payroll Services - RCIL also provides Payroll and Billing Services for a variety of HCBS Waivers as well as Senior Care Act agencies and Private Pay options.

Other Services - RCIL offers many other services that promote the Independent Living Philosophy in both personal and community settings.  Examples of these services are:  ADA Training and Surveying, Personal Care Attendant Services, Employment Services, Community Education, and much more.
